I’m Back!

Kind of.  For the most part.  No promises.

Life has somewhat calmed down a bit.  I’ve gotten into the swing of things with Evelyn, the holidays are over, and I have about a month until I return to work…  SO MUCH has happened over the past few months I don’t even know where to begin.  Obviously the biggest one is I had a baby and she is awesome.  Seriously guys… SO awesome.

So here goes a massive dump of all the things that come up in my head that I want to tell you about.

My travel business is very exciting.  I have already booked three trips for folks, but no Disney yet.  We’re working on it and I have a lot of people who I know will eventually book trips… and I am working on something HUGE that I will eventually write about.  But not today.  🙂

The other thing is I have discovered the COOLEST company with great food stuff… I am beyond obsessed.  More on THAT later too.  I did one freezer meal workshop and about $150 and 2 hours later I had ten bags ready to go into the freezer.  The meals are delicious.  Also?  The other stuff they sell is out of this world.  The recipes are awesome and I can’t get enough of it.  Wildtree, yall.  Wildtree.

I am also SO excited to say that I have started training again!!  It’s pretty sad… I am back on week one of Couch to 5K and it is ROUGH.  I keep reminding myself how hard it is to get started… but damn.  I gained about 30 lbs while pregnant and even though I had a 6 lb baby I still have 30 lbs to lose.  I have a LONG way to go, guys… so bear with me while I talk about it.  I am really looking forward to losing a little bit of weight so running gets a little bit easier.  Dang.

Speaking of running – I have signed up to run 2,015 miles in 2015.  WITH TWO FRIENDS.  I am not bonkers I know I couldn’t do that by myself – but my two running besties are doing it with me.  One of the girls is a major runner (she’s doing Dopey next week!) and she has like 4 marathons planned for 2015 so she’s doing the bulk of the work.  The other one is like me and is needing to build it back up again.  Plus, she’s working on adopting so once she gets her baby her miles may be lower.  And who knows when I’ll get pregnant again!

That’s something else!  We’re going full on Duggar for baby #2 and leaving it all in God’s hands this year.  Once Evelyn turns one we will go back to the doctor to get back on the miracle drugs that helped us conceive her…

Back to the weight and the food and all that – I am eating my words and doing something I said I would NEVER DO.  A cleanse.

I know.

It’s not one of those juice cleanses or where you only eat 500 calories of bird food a day… it’s not even really a cleanse so much as it is just resetting your body.  I have fallen back into ALL of my old eating habits and it’s borderline disgusting.  You don’t even want to know the amount of food I am eating each day.  Anyways, I have a few friends who are going to do that AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge so I am on board.  We’ll see what happens…  I’m sure I’ll be writing about that too.  Here’s a peek into that meal plan: no alcohol.  I’ll be bitching a LOT about it.  I have a girlfriend ordering all the stuff we need so as soon as I get that – all systems go.

I’m really excited to be back and will probably be adding some fun stuff to the blog… I’ve actually kinda missed this thing!
